Savings Direct cc t/a PremiumBlinds.co.za is a business specialising in the marketing of blinds.

Shipping policy:

We only provide normal courier service, for very remote areas we will have to deliver via Post office or the nearest town to you that are accessible.

Clients will be advised when products have been dispatched by email which will include Waybill tracking information. It’s important to verify your address & contact details are correct to ensure timely delivery. If there is any changes please advise our customer service team immediately so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Please ensure your delivery address is normally occupied during the office hours.

PremiumBlinds.co.za only utilizes reputable couriers which will provide proof of delivery. It is important to provide the correct delivery address to ensure timely deliveries. Products are shipped using economy courier service (2 to 5 days).

Made to measure products will take 3 working days to manufacture as it’s a custom product, then dispatched using economy courier service (2 to 5 days to major centres).

Please note that delivery time is based on region and size/weight of the product. Our customer service centre does not hold stock so pickup is not possible, we are a strictly delivery only business concept thus bringing additional savings to you the client.

Overnight courier option is available at an extra cost from the courier company; please contact our customer service team for assistance as this will require bespoke pricing.

Return and Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase so will only be too glad to review and see if we can offer an alternative.

To initiate the refund request please email our customer service team within 14 days so we can promptly review and advice. Please do not return the goods prior to receiving an approved refund confirmation email which will include the return address. Returns will need to be returned to specific manufacturers thus we will provide return instructions with the approved refund confirmation email. All goods returned need to be returned in original packaging and in the same state as shipped from PremiumBlinds.co.za.

PremiumBlinds.co.za is not responsible for the for courier/postage costs in returning the items except where the goods are deemed damaged or wrong product on delivery in which case PremiumBlinds.co.za will cover any postage costs

All refunds will be reversed to the person/card that originally placed the order less courier/postage costs for returns. We will under no circumstances refund to a third party. As refunds need to be processed by the banks, please note that the processing of refunds can take up to 5 working days from approval date.

Although seldom charged, we reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee for the returned orders should the returns process incur significant administration expenses.

When is a refund not possible?

Where a product has been specially ordered for you (made to measure range), product damaged during installation or unless faulty, we’re unable to refund or offer an exchange. We’re unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 12 hours of the order being placed.

Customer Privacy Policy

For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Visa, Master Card, EFT and debit cards are accepted.

Please be sure to use your order number received as a payment reference. This usually takes 2 days to appear on our statement. No products will be dispatched till payment has been confirmed.

Credit Card Acquiring and Security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Savings Direct cc t/a PremiumBlinds.co.za by VCS who are the approved payment gateway for FNB of South Africa. Credit card information is stored per Visa and Mastercard guidelines on the website.

Customer Details Separate from Card Details

Customer details will be stored by Savings Direct cc t/a PremiumBlinds.co.za separately from card details which are entered by the client.

Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).


Savings Direct cc t/a PremiumBlinds.co.za takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Colour Accuracy

We do our best to ensure accurate sample swatches but due to differences in monitors/display cards subtle colour differences & textures may be visible. Our actual samples are scanned to ensure accuracy but if you require exact colour match then we recommend asking for samples. Please note that even samples may still have minimal colour variations by the manufacturers.

Country of Domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Savings Direct cc t/a PremiumBlinds.co.za chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.


Savings Direct cc t/a PremiumBlinds.co.za may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
